One movie I've always been fond of is Without Limits (1998). It's one of two (!) simultaneously produced biopics about long-distance running legend Steve Prefonataine (and the birth of Nike). It was optioned by Tom Cruise but he was too old to play the lead so he produced it instead and gave the lead to a young Billy Crudup who is just terrific in the role. It came out a couple of years ahead of his star-making turn in Almost Famous. I think it's the best movie about running ever made, and I include Chariots of Fire in that.

I also picked up Roman Holiday in 4k. It's one of the better 4k iTunes sales. There's unfortunately too many titles to compile and list. There's over 200 titles.

Most of the Sony Pictures Classics set that came out months ago also has some digital 4Ks on sale for $4.99 in itunes.

I ended up getting Spider-Man, Spider-Man 2 and The Amazing Spider-Man. I just wanted Spider-Man and Spider-Man in 4k and I had a hard time finding a third since I don't like Spider-Man 3. I had everything else. I went with the Amazing Spider-Man. I remember not hating it and I like Garfield and Stone.
