Arctic is another amazing Mads Mikkelsen movie. The entire movie was so incredible in its simplicity and harshness and he was great, as always.

Looks like Amazon has started to pricematch the iTunes Criterion sale. A few titles have dropped to $4.99. I grabbed Blood Simple.

Almost Famous Theatrical Cut (4K) is $4.99 on iTunes. You get the Bootleg Cut in HD as a iTunes extra.

You get the Bootleg cut as an extra, but it's only in HD not 4K.

I think he was asking since he got 4K thinks it redeems in 4K the bootleg cut and get the theatrical as an extra. I think you just get the theatrical digital not sure what quality and the Bootleg will be extra in HD only.

The outrageous/gross-out sports* comedy show Blue Mountain State has all 3 seasons on sale for $4.99 each at VUDU. Well worth $15 for these…I already own the follow up movie, Rise of Thadland, so I can’t see if that is on sale too.

*I’m not a sports guy but I love this show

The unrated cut is an extra on Movies Anywhere.

Unfortunately I already own three of these. Still waiting for Die Hard 2 to ever go on sale and for 5 to magically become a movie that I would ever want to watch again.

There’s no 4K disc and the BD is barebones. So if you like the movie enough for a rewatch, that’s a good deal.

Don't forget to check out the Merkeet Manor prequel. It really clears up a lot of story issues that were left hanging in the series.
