Just stumbled across this new streaming service. They offer a free live stream of classic Nick shows including classic commercials. They also offer an on-demand service (which is currently limited in the number of subscribers).
They have a private Roku channel available to add to your Roku device.
The video quality of the live stream is not good, but I'm hoping that once they open another window for on-demand subscribers, I'll get in on it and check out the quality.
They claim to have "Roundhouse"... which is my remaining "holy grail" of TV shows.

The on-demand subscription window opened again and I signed up for a 6-month deal ($20). The quality of the on-demand videos is the same as live stream. A bit disappointing, but having full access to classic nick is worth it for now.
