There's been various edits done on it. There's a 99 min NC-17 version and a 103 min Unrated version. No telling which version VUDU has. There's some fucked up shit in it. You can see some of it discussed in the plot section of it's Wikipedia page.

they have the artwork for new release and it is new like you said. I wonder if it is a new transfer. I would bite but I have the new Shout! edition and figured be a waste.

They have My Soul to Take in 3D on sale for $10 right now, Universal never put it on disc and the one 3D Blu-Ray that is available from France has a different distributor and has some French text substituted in it. The 3D itself isn't much to write home about though, it looks like a last-minute conversion job but looks good for what it is.

VUDU has the Space Jam 2-movie bundle on sale for 11.99 in its 4k Halloween Weekend sale. That is all.
