Vudu is the only site that has HD. It's SD everywhere else.

Per a thread on their forum, it looks like the HD wasn't originally as low in price as SD. There was a post about the price difference and VUDU adjusted HD down to that price.

I went ahead and picked up Ladyhawke. Under other suggested movies, they have Willow - for $21.99 HDX.

The re-release of the disc does. Also, I did just notice that Willow is $7.99 on iTunes. It is an MA title for anyone interested.

Grabbed that. I own the Criterion Blu-ray, but for the price it’s worth owning digitally and upgrading to UHD.

So I looked up on VUDU to see if they had the South Park Pandemic Special and they do. It's listed under South Park season 24 and the season price is listed as $6.99 in HD. Technically the season hasn't started yet but if you buy them digitally that would be a good deal.
