I inventoried after CinemaNOW disappeared and I lost content from them along with the time UV went screwy and didn't show our collections. So now I can use that list to ascertain when/if things are off.

I finally got the Audrey Hepburn collection in the bundle sale. I thought I was going to get the Paramount ‘70s bundle of 10 films for $25 because I don’t own any of them, then I realized there were really only a couple that I’d pay for on their own.

Are you talking about Embrace of the Vampire? (I didn't check to see if she had any others on here) Got it too. Been on my wishlist for awhile, have the DVD.

Not sure where else to post this, but anyone else have problems with Walmart’s in-store Vudu deals? They have dozens of titles with stickers that say something like, “free digital copy of x with purchase of this title; see receipt for details.”

But then the majority of the receipts show nothing, and scanning the barcode into the app, which normally activates instawatch, doesn’t activate the special offer either. I’m afraid to open the titles and hope for details inside, as that likely wouldn’t help and returning them would be near impossible then.

i think it all went to shit when they did away with the ability to scan receipt using app. forgot what they called that. but, now only with walmart pay app and it doesn't work the same and i think the insta-watch via receipt got messed up in the shuffle...

I bought Inception and The Addams Family Double Feature last week. Only the code for Inception printed on the receipt. I should have gotten a code for The Addams family movies too. I scanned the QR code into the Walmart app and it gave me Instawatch copies of The Addams Family and Inception. That was my first time using the app and it worked. I thought I was about to get screwed out of digital copies of The Addams Family movies, but luckily I didn't.

According to a post on the blu-ray.com forum, the code must be entered by 10/26 and the free rental expires on 10/29.

I would recommend redeeming it and picking a movie as soon as possible. Once you rent a movie, you have 30 days to start watching it.

Vudu has pulled codes early in the past. They claim that the limit has been reached. This one is already on Slickdeals.

I already put it in then it said go find a movie but there doesn’t seem to be any indication on Vudu that this free rental is on my account.
