Breaking Bad - S1 (middle of S2)
Scrubs - S1 (starting S2)
I've picked up a season pass to Walking Dead - S3 on Amazon Instant Video, and I also bought (but haven't yet watched) Homeland - S1 on Amazon Instant Video.
In the past I would have bought the TV shows through iTunes, but Amazon Instant Video seems to have as good as, or better pricing, and I can watch the shows on my TV through the Roku.
