The only place I saw those was a site that lumped Netflix, Amazon and others together, and listed non-Prime stuff too, and those were just list as Amazon streaming, not Prime.

That list is wrong, from what I can tell. One outlet patched a list together and other sites ran with it. Revenge season 4 is already up, and the biggest thing is, as far as I know Grimm is still Amazon Prime Instant exclusive in the US.

Most of that list looks to have originated here from what I can tell. Other sites just took all of those as Netflix. The rest seem to be from here.

This is definitely an off-month, it's always out up to 10 days in advance or so and very easily formatted.

It won't. Just check Jcheckel post below and it states from the site that it will be out on Amazon Instant Video, no mention of Netflix. I know we are awaiting the September Netflix releases but people need to to read more carefully...

Netflix is not renewing its deal with EPIX. That expires at the end of September. A bunch of Paramount and Lionsgate movies are affected.

You can however find EPIX content on Amazon Prime.
