Forgot to mention

You can of course purchase your content online through Amazon.com or Itunes

Normal prices:

SD content: $1.99 per episode

HD content: $2.99 per episode

They sometimes offer discounts for purchasing an entire season.

Amazon Prime allows you to watch alot of catalogue TV content for free as a bonus for the $79 a year subscription fee.

And of course there is also Netflix for $7.99 a month.

Please keep in mind that not all shows are available online (free or through purchase)
