I placed an order for Dragon Ball Z - Androids - Assassins and it was supposed to start shipping on 4/3, but here it is 4/12 and it still hadn't shipped, so I called up customer service, and the guy was very cool. He said he was a fan of the series, and he checked to see if it was in stock yet, but it wasn't so he upgraded me to 2nd day air for FREEEEEE!!!!! That was so cool of him! I think Amazon is going to be my new source of shopping for now.

So is it generally better to call them or e-mail?
I think I goofed up an order & should try to sort it out soon.

The title of this thread says it all! I went to their site on a coupon goose chase and couldn't get the rebate page to show. I b*tched them out in an email. They replied within 24 hours with links to the right pages(the links actually started working a couple hours after I sent my orig email to them). And then a few days later, out of the blue, I get an envelope from them(no prompting). Inside were photocopies of the 3 rebate forms! I mean, damn, that is amazing(no, wait.. it's Amazingzon
or something like that). Despite paying a little more I may have to shift some more purchases their way.
