Since there has been a lot of talk about this store,
I just wanted to share this.

I recently got Pi from them - it arrived sealed and
everything. But when I opened the DVD case, it was

I wrote them about this and got this reply the first
businessday :

Thank you for contacting DeepDiscountDVD.com

We apologize for this problem with your order.
We have entered a reship on this item, however,
it is in a RE-release status. Which means that
all the original stock has been depleated and
it is being re-released on 4-24. Your new dvd
will be shipping approx. around that date.
We apologize for this inconvience. You should
be recieving that item around the end of the month.
You may check back for the exact shipping date
in a few weeks.

I had a similar situation. They made a mistake on my order (The Fly/The Fly 2). However, they didn't have it in stock at the time. They notified me the next day and told me my DVD would ship April 4. Good job, DDD.
