Ordered clerks from them around the beginning of the month. I emailed them a week later about the status and they replied that it was mailed on the 8th and to allow 4 to 12 business days for arrival. Today is the 30th and still no dvd. I sent a follow up email several days ago buy got no reply.
Any ideas on what to do? This is the first time I have bought anything from them and the last.

If this surprises you then you haven't read any threads about Video Now in this forum
Thread after thread have been posted here talking about how Video Now charges right away when somebody posts an order, but then doesn't ship for a month or two (or more).
If anybody who is not familiar with Video Now is reading this, know that they have very little in stock (even if the website says they have it in stock). They will charge your credit card right away, then ship it when they receive it from the distributor, usually one to three months later.
Here is one thread, for example: http://www.dvdtalk.com/forum/showthr...threadid=82336
Cpgator, to answer your question, the only thing you can do is to wait. I believe others have tried to cancel their orders but couldn't for some reason. You will eventually receive your movie. Eventually.
