I will NEVER deal with them again!!
I purchased my 1st player from them and it would not play all regions as they claimed. When I contacted them re. this, they really didn't want to know (after all, they had already made the sale).
I continually followed up with them for a number of months, but the matter was never resolved.
BUYER BEWARE!
