DVDsoon. Comments? Pro's and con's?

Not only do they charge your credit card right after you checkout, but I think that they charge you a fee for currency conversion. A week after I placed an order with them, I got a charge on my credit card for $10.29 from some financial institution from France. I have not done business with anyone from France but the reason I think that it pertains to my order from DVDSOON is because the address for DVDSOON is in Quebec. Another thing is that I placed my order on 12/24/01 and 13 days later I have still not received one e-mail from them confirming my order and its status even though they have charged my credit card.
