Anyone ever ordered from movie source before? i pre-ordered gladiator and american beauty using the $10 off $30 sometime in november and can u believe it i only received it two days ago!!
the gladiator case was all banged up and the feature disc was badly scratched. i have emailed them at least four times about this but there have never been any replies. the live CS feature never seems to work. i cannot call them without running up a huge phone bill because i'm an international customer.
what should i do other than lodging a complain with the Better Business Bureau or Planet Feedback?

We have had nothing but trouble with ground shippments for our international customers, but your experience was really brutal. It seems if it's not lost, it's used in a football match by the shippers! We now only ship overseas via courier because of all this. I'm not sure what's happened to our communications with you, but I'll be glad to help you right here, right now.
Please send the defective title to: MovieSource.com, 1400 West Cypress Creek Road, Fort Lauderdale Florida 33309 to my attention and I'll make sure you get a replacement right away.
BTW, our NetReps are live on the site from noon to 1:30 AM Eastern every day - but we were down recently for 4 or 5 days doing a re-install and upgrade. Contact a NetRep and they'll give you my eMail address if you want to write directly.
