They look to have really good prices, and their anime os often especially cheap. how's their customer service, shipping etc.? Just thought I'd ask before I bought from them cause it sounds too good to be true. . .

I ordered 10 titles from their "bargain bin" on Saturday, Feb 17th, and even though the following Monday was a holiday, I received one shipment (6 titles) on Feb 21, a single title on Feb 22, and the last 3 on Feb 24th! Not too shabby, huh? It was my first experience with them, and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

How much is their shipping? If it's as good as their prices, then I'll order on 3/13 when everything I want is released. Unless you can tell them to ship everything together. And one more question, do they ship via UPS or USPS? I would greatly prefer USPS. Thanks.
