FYI~
just cancelled my order that has been sitting idle for an entire month ...it was obvious that the 4 new releases I ordered weren't coming in anytime soon..
They didn't even ask me why...
That indicates a loss of customer retention tactics so I would have to add to the previous threads about them probably going dot.dead sometime soon.

Yes, it seems they filed for Chapter 11 March 7, 2001. I haven't seen anyone post it, except as rumor.

Revised: Okay, I haven't found any other confirmation, and their website is STILL up.
