Has anybody used uBid.com to buy anything. If so please help me understand their shipping charges. If there is a 60lb. item I understand it would be the normal fee of $9.99 plus $.99 for every lb. for home delivery. Is this true? All help is appreciated. Thanks!

That is exactly how it works. 60 lbs = $70 (approx). It's actually the worst for light packages (ie: a 2 lb package costs $12). The shipping cost and base charge does vary by product though, I think.
