I tried to order a DVD there the other day with a $10 GC. Easy enough? Of course not.
The title (Platoon) was $13.99. The order form only allows one form of payment. Either GC or CC. Not both.
There's a big problem there. It says the order is pending but I haven't put my CC number in yet.
I've tried contacting them many times and no one ever answers. I could just write this (and the $10 GC) off as a learning experience or I could continue chasing.
Any suggestions? Anyone ever used them before?
