I keep reading about Amazon sending surveys and GCs to customers, but can't figure out their method of operation. I've purchaced more than 95% of my DVDs from Amazon and made a rather large purchace from their kitchen department before Christmas. My last few orders didn't even include coupons! That's something I would have never said until this past year. What do I have to do to see some coupons again?

Where do you live. They tend to give stuff all to their customers that aren't in the same country as the shop.

Another thing Amazon are famous for is giving coupons for every department they have EXCEPT their Video / DVD department.
