I tried to order CTHD from getvcds.com and I got a "We're sorry; this product is temporarily unavailable." message. Does anyone know where else I can get this all region DVD? Or is getvcds.com the only place?

Also try ebay if you want the all region one. THere are literally hundreds of these on there, all by the same person no less.
