I ordered the Urban Legends 2-pack for 17.23, then DeepDiscountDVD.com charged my credit card 31.00. This is the first time I've ever been overcharged by an online merchant. They seem to have no record of how much I approved my credit card be charged when I placed the order, they just want to charge what the >current< price of the item is. If they can't keep records of how much you authorized your card be charged then they should get the Hell out of the business of selling DVDs. How many other people have been swindled?

See my thread from below: Deepdiscountdvd - Beware! I had a helluva problem with them charging my cc twice for Bond Vol. 2. It took several e-mails, and several phone calls, before it was sorted out. And at the end of the day - no apologies from Deepdiscountdvd. I don't think I'll order from them again.

Got my Rushmore Criterion for $25.91 with no problems, but with all the horror stories I am hearing I will probably stay away in the future.

I also ordered the Urban Legends 2-pack for 17.23, then DeepDiscountDVD.com charged my credit card 31.00. And, DeepDiscountDVD.com charged shipping and handling cost to me at the basic instinct dvd. Furthormore, They charged me twice the cost of independence day dvd. Oh, my god.
I called DeepDiscountDVD.com, but they hang up. I send e-mail, but, I don't receive the answer.
Please help me.

Screw them, if their customer service won't take care of you then call your credit card company. These are definitely fraudulent charges, so your CC company will refund your $$.
