Does anyone know twec.com's mailing address and telephone #? FedEx lost a package. It was last scanned in Oakland, CA two weeks ago. FedEx's E-mail asked for the sender's address and phone number.
I've e-mailed twec.com customer service three times over the last week about this and no reply to date. I'd also like to call them!

From their web site:

Trans World Entertainment
38 Corporate Circle
Albany, New York 12203
(518) 452-1242

That is their corporate headquarters. Actually, they're only a few minutes away from me, which is good in case I ever have a problem with them.

twec update

Thanks a lot for the telephone number. FedEx admitted they lost the package. I never got a reply to 4 E-mails sent to twec.com. I called them today and Luis in twec.com customer service said he would send in a Claim to FedEx and then reship the CD. Note in the past when I had problems both OfficeMax and Barnes and Noble they re-shipped right away. I was so pleased to talk to someone I didn't argue. Well, I'm going to ignore twec.com's coupons and sales from now on.

A further update

I got an e-mail yesterday from Maria at twec.com in response to my earlier e-mails. It said FedEx admitted that they lost the CD and asked if I wanted the CD re-shipped or credit. The E-Mail had no indication that I had talked to Luis on Tuesday and said that I wanted the CD. Doesn't inspire confidence that this will be straighten out but I haven't contacted credit card company yet.

Problem Resolved

I want to update that I did receive the replacement CD from twec.com for the one lost by FedEx a month ago. If they have a really good coupon, I will consider ordering from them again.
