How do you get HMV to pricematch?

Do you have to contact them before you purchase or you send an Email after for credit?? The site is down for now, but i'm trying to find out how to price match to use my garageband gift cert.

apparently they don't...
I e-mailed them after the point was raised in another thread, on the International DVD forum. From the e-mail they sent me..
"Unfortunately, it is http://www.HMV.com's policy not to match the prices of our competitors at this time.
HMV.com believes in selling products at a price which still allows us to provide the kind of service our customers expect. We are committed to ensuring that our customers get fair value for their purchases and associated service at http://www.HMV.com and we feel that our on-line prices reflect that commitment. "
So I guess the answer is, you don't get them to price match. Unless someone else has a story to tell?
