Did anyone order from this place????? I ordered 25 carnations for my Mom from them that cost me $43 shipped (after the 15 off coupon) and it was the worst flower purchase i've ever made. On their website it shows a great arangement of red, pink and white ones and they were opened and large. When I passed by my Mom's house tonight it was embarresing. They were all closed and 25 of them fit so loosely in the $10 vase they sent that it looked empty.
I tried calling them tonight to complain but they're only open during normal business hours. That's very different then the 24 hour support they promote on their website.
I'm just very angry right now, has anyone else had problems with these people?

I ordered roses for my wife and she loved them. They seem to have good customer service when they are open. They should take care of you and make it right. Let us know what happens after you talk to them.
