According to dotcomscoop.com this morning, the company's chairman and CEO Gregory Hawkins along with the CFO Mitch Hill have both resigned...

"...Aliso Viejo, CA-based e-tailer Buy.com announced this morning that the company's Chairman and CEO Gregory Hawkins and CFO Mitch Hill have resigned.
Board of Director's member James B. Roszak was appointed Interim CEO. Board member and former PepsiCo CEO Donald Kendall was named Chairman, while outsider Robert Price was named CFO.
"While Greg and Mitch played an integral role in the development of the company over the past couple of years and we are grateful to them for their contribution, I believe we will significantly benefit from Robert's extensive expertise and enthusiastic commitment to buy.com's success," Rozak said. "The realities of the market place demand that we drive vigorously toward profitability. We've proven our ability to attract customers and sell product, now we need to prove that we can make money."
Buy.com recently sold their U.K. division and announced that it would shutter its Canadian operation...."
