Although there are many threads in regards to this website, I haven't found many opinions as to whether their service is good or not. For those of you who have purchased from them, would you recommend this site?

I've ordered once. I bought the Region 3 Uncut Eyes Wide Shut from them and received it promptly. I'd recommend them.

A long time ago, people around me had some probs with them, and it made me mad how they acted, but I have made about 3 orders in the last few months, and things went smooth and fast. The only prob. with them now is price. Always check out sites like http://www.dddhouse.com or http://www.hivizone.com to see if they carry what you want. Chances are they will be 30-40 percent cheaper at one of these places, and even with the higher shipping, they come out way cheaper. If it is a movie these stores do not have, then pokerindustires is an option.

I always order from them or HiViZone and never had a problem. As far as the price, depending on the order sometimes it's not much cheaper getting from HK than it is from Poker. My last order was for 5 DVDs, and after shipping costs, Poker was only $2 more and I got them in 4 days as opposed to 5 weeks from HiVi. Remember you get 10% off from HiVi on every order after your first one, and Poker has free shipping for over $50.

An important thing to remember about Poker is that they are located in Old Bridge, New Jersey and you can just go to their store and look at their stuff and talk to the guys. Mike knows a lot about his stock and turned me on to some good flicks like Hypnosis and Big Bullet.

If you pay cash and buy multiple titles you can certainly get a great deal at Poker. They are very reasonable, nice guys. I've gotten stuff from DDD House and been very happy with the prices, but the orders took forever. If Poker is within a couple bucks of DDD or any importer I will gladly pay a little extra to get domestic service and walk out with the item in my hand.
