This site is crap! I ordered the IFC World Tour box set from them on Fri, then I called to cancel on Sat. Later that day, I got a confirmation email telling me my order was being processed, so I called to back to MAKE SURE it was cancelled. Then they called me on Wednesday to tell me that I had entered my info wrong and that they needed to correct it in order to ship my order. I blew up at that! I told them they had already cancelled, so she checked the computer and saw that I had. Her response was, "Nobody told me that!". Bull%$#^! She was just damn lazy, and if I hadn't accidentally entered my address wrong, I would have had to go to the trouble of shipping the box set back. Steer clear of these losers!

Heh. Of course you would have been the same person bitching if you hadnt got your order confirmationtwo minutes after you placed your order. Yes down with DVDPlanet for processing your order! down with them! Your complaint is just so invalid that it makes me laugh. Lots of people have valid complaints but yours..No. what was she to lazy to do? Magicaly know you canceled your order? If she were to lazy I dont think she would have even called you. People expect some interesting things from these e-tailers. Including lightning fast personal responses to the probable thousands of emails they recieve a day I mean everyone expects these people to be like a brick and mortar. If you want B&m service go to a B&M store thats why you pay their mark ups. For their "service", which in my opinion is just as crappy. Im not saying ken cranes is perfect but give me a break. I expect few thigns of these people, one is a customer service line, two is secure shipping packages. When I order a movie I take into consideration that it might not get to me tomorrow unless I pay for it. If you want instant gratification once again go to a store. I certainly dont however want to wait 6 weeks like I have, thats just crazy. Anyway. To each his own. Pretty soon everyones gonna hate every e-tailer because one problem they had pretty soon your gonna run out of .com's to hate and you'll be back in line with all the rest of the cattle.

Whatever - It's just nice to have some negative feedback to balance out the positive. My problem with Ken Crane's is that I called to MAKE SURE the order was cancelled, and the girl said yes, but I guess the woman must have been REALLY busy, since she didn't have the 10 seconds it took for her to check if it was cancelled when she was on the phone with me. Thanks for judging me by the way. I'm sorry I insulted an etailer that you have NO CONNECTION WITH and you got offended.

I was not offended and my post wasnt wholey directed towards you. But hey we all have our opinions. I dont hold anything against anyone here. Hopefully they dont hold anything against me. It would be no fun that way in my opinion who knows we could end up helping each other in another situation. Rememember people, everything with an ounce of salt. By the way clean up your barf, its starting to reek.

That's cool - as long as you are not PO'd. I never hold a grudge in real life, let alone on dvdtalk
