I ordered 2 books from BarnesandNoble with availability of 24 Hours. After 3 days of waiting, my order status says : In Process. I send a few e-mails to them asking if there's any problem with my order especially in the Credit Card verification process since I ordered from outside US. I receive no reply, whatsoever.

So I called up customer service (long distance call from Malaysia) and politely cancel my order.

Does anyone know what BN.Com policy on International Order especially the Order processing time for International Customer ?

I'm now ordering the same item from Amazon.com with the same 24 hours of availability. Will I get the same treatment ? Will it takes more than 4 days to process my order ?

I've ordered DVDs online before from Other online store and it takes less than one day for my order to be shipped. Any other International customers have problem with Bn.com or Amazon.com ?
