Which on-line store's B&M takes back DVDs with no receipt? I had been taking back DVDs to my local Best Buy, but they changed their policy. I have several DVDs with no receipts that I need to exchange. Any good B&Ms that you know of?

I took one back to Wherehouse Music once with no problems at all. I wanted to get another one, so it was an even exchange.

may request a licence and there are limits to the # of times you can do it before they say no.

scratch best buy and tower off that list. went to both today to return a gift and both said they had new policies, and needed a receipt.
