has your credit card been charged? If so, contact yesasia, and ask them for some info, and to credit back your card until they ship it, and make sure to check that they do. If not, then contact your credit card company no later then 60 days (do it at 50) and tell them what happen, or you loose your money for good.
I have delt with yesasia before with no prob. but I no longer shop from them becuause of their high prices.

I've had similar problems with a few HK stores, especially Itchee.com.
Don't me to sound rude, but how come HK store are so useless when it comes to these sorts of things?

Have you tried calling them? I know they have a toll-free number listed on their website somewhere...maybe it will get resolved quicker that way. However, I vaguely remember reading their policy about missing packages on their site, and it said something about it taking 4-6 weeks to investigate missing packages, by which time, it may be too late to dispute the charge on your credit card.
Yesasia.com does suck--they charge you for everything right when you submit your order--it doesn't matter if it's a pre-order or a backorder that takes 3 weeks. Also, Yesasia.com is the only webstore I've bought from where I've had problems with missing factory-packaged promo items that were supposed to be included in the case. I called them on it, and they outright lied to me, claiming that there were different versions of the discs, when at the time, I knew for a fact that there was only one version. I've also received a disc from them with no shrink wrap and unremovable fingerprints all over it--they didn't even bother to conceal the fact that it had been used, I mean, they didn't even bother to put it in one of those resealable plastic bag thingies.

YesAsia has very good customer service. One of the rare times I've ever had to make a return was with them - no problems at all. Fast response, and convenient handling. Try emailing and explain the situation again.
