Can anyone tell me how good this store is are thet reliable or not thanks in advance

I ordered a few dvd's on the 11th and got them on the 22nd.
They're somewhat slow compared to others but with 30% off of everything you get a good deal everytime.

They have always treated me really good. Usually fast and good customer service.

They have always been one of my favorit places to get dvd's, and laserdiscs before that. Most of the ime pre-orders arrive the same day they get in the stores, and I'm on the other side of the country from them. Also, a shipping charge of $2.50 per order can't be beat. Just make sure if you order from them to select the "notify me" option on backordered items because they will charge another $2.50 for that shipment.

Just placed my first order with them last week.

Good prices.
Good deal on shipping if you can get all items shipped together.

Just another quick question do they usually send e-mail confirmation that your dvds have shipped as I have a placed an order for 2 dvds and haven't had any emails saying they have been posted

I don't know about the e-mail confirmation (or lack of one) but when the company was known as Ken Crane's, they always had good service. I ordered several laserdiscs through them and was always impressed by the speed and care they took with the shipping.
