From what I've heard, some have had complaints with Express. I've ordered twice with them with no complaints. Just about 2 or 3 weeks ago, I ordered Leon and everything went perfectly.

They're basically screwed up right now - financial problems. They're like a wounded animal and have become dangerously dishonest.
I pre-ordered a DVD that was suppose to street 1/23. My order status went to "Ready For Shipment" on 1/19 and sat there for five days. When I called to ask why it hasn't shipped yet, they tell me it's because they ran out of inventory!!! Then why the hell was my order status "Ready For Shipment" when it obviously wasn't!!! Probably so I wouldn't cancel my order(if it had shown backordered instead) before Tuesday and order it elsewhere at the other place's pre-order price.
And what really pisses me off is throughout the weekend while I was waiting for my pre-order to ship, Express listed 300 copies on their website for sale. So it certainly appears they sold off what should have been used to fulfill their pre-orders. Maybe they're gambling that those people who pre-ordered and didn't get a copy won't cancel and go elsewhere. Especially since by Tuesday, the other vendors had gotten rid of their pre-order prices.
Too bad, these guys were once pretty reliable and timely.

From: Sydney, Australia (The other side of the planet).
I ordered from them not so long ago. No problems at all. Fast and a good price.
Sorry to hear about your experience Red.
