I signed up for this deal about 2 days before it was cut off. I never recieved any confirmation that I was enrolled in the program. Yesterday I get a letter from MCI with my Amazon.com $150 GC code. I am very impressed and suprised. So if you haven't got your's yet, there's still hope.
