I ordered 9 DVDs at once using a $30 off $150 coupon. Currently 8 DVDs are Processing and 1 is shipped. They define Processing as below.
quote:

Most orders go through these 3 phases: Processing - - Sent to Warehouse - - Shipped.
Once you order, we carefully check to make sure you're the person using your credit card or gift certificate.

While we're doing this, or if we're waiting for you to send in other forms of payment, your order is Processing. You can cancel your order within the first 30 minutes of processing.

The order was all put on the same credit card. Why would they still be verifying 8 of the DVDs if 1 was already shipped?

Wacky, I tell you, wacky.

I'm not sure if it's still true since they seem to be going through a reorganization, but I believe buy used to use a couple of different distributors. So the one that shipped probably is coming from a different location than the rest of the will. Alternatively it might be the same location but one was able to filter through the "system" quicker.
