You can't even check your order status online, and there are no phone numbers!!!

I would strongly recommend against ordering from them. I ordered something in early December that was backordered. I then decided I didn't want to wait so I sent them an email asking to cancel it. I ended up sending a total of four emails, none of which they bothered to answer (they charged my card a couple of days after I ordered it).
Now, I finally get the package from them today (Jan 13th) which I didn't want, plus they sent me the wrong thing. I've sent them another email telling them to sent me a postage paid label so I can sent it back, but I'm not holding my breath about getting a response.

Well, I sent them about fifty or so e-mails, through the form on the web site and through e-mail, and I got this reply:
Dear Mr. Evenson,
You have not been cherged for this order, we only issued authorization at the time of purchase. The order has been cancelled.

Well, at least they cancelled it.
Now what about themovie-store.com? Are they for real? I haven't even received a confirmation of any kind from them...

Dude, stick to well known stores and ask in places like this BEFORE ordering.
That will minimise your problems somewhat hey.
