Question regarding Buy.com

I was wondering how buy.com considers whether or not you are a "new" customer or not. Is it by your credit card number? Name? My credit card number just expired this month and was wondering if i could use that new 10 off 30 for new customers again since i have a new credit card. thanks again for they help.

A "new" customer would have an email address and credit card number not previously used at their site.
