Anyone have any suggestions on where I can return a DVD to get store credit? I don't have a receipt.
I received a copy of The Devil's Advocate for the holidays, and I already own it.
Any help would be really appreciated!!

You can send it to me, and I'll give you a used Amazon Gift Certificate in return.

Not exactly what I was looking for... But perhaps I should post it in the DVD Exchange Forum... We'll see...

But if you were talking about a trade for a NEW Amazon gift cert, that's another story.

Actually I was just making a joke, which is pretty much what the Other Forum is known for. It you want to trade the disk for another DVD then try the Exchange Forum. If you want advice on returning it, then I'd check the Online Store Forum (even though you'd be returning it to a B&M). If the latter is the case then do a search first because I know this topic has been covered many times there.

Since it was a gift, you should be able to return it for exchange to any store that carries it. Just tell them it was a gift, you want a different movie and ask if you can exchange it there.

The exchange forum is a good idea too, as is ebay or just giving it to someone else as a gift.

Moving to Online Store forum.

This is exactly what you need, it was just posted 2 days ago.

What B&M's will exchange DVD's without a receipt?
