Any one have his email address or a way that I can complain and get something done?

Just FYI, I placed an order on Dec. 3 for Christmas gifts and have not received anything. I have corresponded back and forth with orders @ amazon.com and today I yesterday I received the following message.

We're writing to confirm that we have processed your refund for $152.99 for the above-referenced order...We hope that this is a satisfactory resolution for you.

In other words screw you and this is out of our hands (Arghhh - 4 days before Christmas).

I do not want to let them off this easy.

HELP!!!

Beazos could care less about your order. Call up their 800 number. 1-800-201-7575 Get some answers from them. Oh yeah, wrong forum!

You might want to try making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.
