When my package was lost, they insisted I had to wait till 26 business days had past. In your cast i'm guessing that should be around the 14th of December. Yeah, I was pissed at waiting so long too, but..... I called up Amazon and asked them to put a note in my account saying that I thought the DVD was probably lost and put down my reasons. Be persistent, ask them to put something down on your account showing you've called. So when I called back on the last day, they immediately saw the notes and made up a replacement order and upgraded it to 2nd day air. It's on its way right now, and tracking # shows I should have it tomorrow.
