walmart.com, good news/bad news

I placed a couple of orders with walmart.com
last week and there's good news and bad news.
The bad news is the site sucks, it's up and
down, slow and buggy. The good news is they
have excellent customer service. In a shipment I received on Friday the had shipped
a single bar of soap instead of the eight pack ordered. I called customer service this
morning. A cr answered immediatly and was very apologetic and is sending me an eight
pack.
