I just spent way too long talking to a couple of people at Amazon. They added a wireless section to their site and as a side effect, orders appear to be missing but they are on the CSRs screen still and should be back on the 'your account' screen by tomorrow. Another effect of this is the DVD icon on your orders may have switched to a VHS icon, but the order item will still be for a DVD. Some orders that show shipped (such as mine) on a particular date might have shipped later and by a different carrier. My UPS order actually went by thru the post office and went 3 days later than the 'your account page' said. I am supposed to give them until Friday to get my preordered Gladiator!
Know one seems to know why refer-a-friend GCs are late in being delivered, but they promised to email me an answer on that soon.

I also put some orders in my basket and it says VHS. I kept on deleting and putting it back in and it still says VHS. I'm just afraid of ordering in and they send me the VHS.
