Their prices might kick the **** out of others, but their website needs its own a**-kicking. It always freezes on me atleast once at checkout.

Turnaround is slow also....I would say upon ordering you are lucky to see your disc within 10 days!!!

Indeed... seems like it takes 3-5 business days for them to ship something out the door. What gives?

DVD Talk Hero
I placed my first order today around 12 noon, and then around 9 p.m. I place one more order. In the interim, there were about 4400 orders placed at the online Best Buy website. Seems low to me, but I was finally able to get my 2nd order in after being persistent in just hitting the "Reload" button to get through the checkout pages.

This entire corporation sucks.
Worst Buy store or online does not matter. Trying to shop in their stores is a joke and trying to shop online is not possible. Too bad they crushed the life out of any competition in my area.

I placed an order on Day after Thanksgiving. The site was way slow. Search feature was down. When I tried to checkout...it wouldn't let me. I called there Customer Service...and they said They couln't even get into their own computer system. Too much traffic.
