Anyone know SunCoast's exchange policy? With/Without receipt?

Cheers,
Dan

I called them up 'cuz I had the same question. They say that they will exchange DVD's if they are sealed, and will either give you store credit for you to use right there or apparently they will give you gift cards which will act as store credit for later use online and offline (don't know about that last bit, i read it from some post here). This is for both with and without receipt.

If you ask them they will give you gift cards as store credit, which you can then use online at Suncoast, Sam Goody and Mediaplay (all three however have identical web sites) where there prices are lower then their B&M stores, especially on pre-orders.

the only problem i've had is sometimes there's different SKU numbers for the same DVD, and if you try to return a DVD with a different SKU even if it's the same DVD as one they sell, they won't take it back. still, generally Suncoast is the way to go.
