Basically, is it cheaper to hang with Best Buy's free shipping or can I order the same DVDs and pick them up at the store?
Would I get charged slaes tax for either option? If so, then I'll go with Buy.com's current free shipping. The prices are about the same.

I think the answer is Yes.

I believe that currently sales tax is charged if the chain has a retail store in your state. (Like I never paid sales tax on stuff from J. Crew until they opened a store in a nearby mall recently - grrrrrr.)
