Three weeks ago i received U-571 from DVDempire and the center that holds the DVD in place was broken. The DVD was scratched up so i returned it. As of today i still have no confirmation that they are processing my return. I sent their customer service an email and they said that they were behind on their returns. That was almost 2 weeks ago. I was just wondering if anyone else is having this problem DVDempire. I can understand that they might be a little behind, but this is ridiculous.

Lets see here....

1) Send me your order number
2) When did you return the product
3) Did you include a letter explaining the reason and your order number

Note: I just walk to the returns department and it seems that we are all caught up.

Lets see what I can do for you.

Best regards,
Steve

$tarr,

I am confident Steven N will help you with your issue. DVDEmpire is a class act.

Steven N., now that the holidays are approaching and people are asking what I want, I am wondering if you have a GC program. Since I don't know what titles I want yet, I was thinking of asking people for DVDEmpire GCs.. So, can someone buy GCs for gift giving from DVDEmpire?

I agree. Have a little faith and provide Steven with the info he needs to track your return.

I am so glad I ordered the Sopranos from these guys....

Just wanted to say thanks to SteveN for replying. Everything has been taken care of and my copy of U-571 should be on its way soon.

Yup. DVD Empire has good return policy and realized ratio when it comes to replacements. I had my bad Leon exchanged for the newly revised Leon within a week.

The fellow who was VERY supportive was Bill at Customer Service.
