You should call them. I wanted to cancel a order once and sent them a email. When it wasn't cancelled after 24 hours I gave them a call and was told you should always call to cancel as they don't always check their email right away and orders could enter the shipping process.

Called them last night and no answer. Unfortunately my order has been shipped and now I'll have to go through the hassle of returning the item.
