EBWorld - Are they always so slow?

Anybody have any experience with them? I placed an order last week for an in-stock item, and it's still listed as 'processing' on their site. They say they ship out in 24 hours for in-stock items, but that's obviously not the case. Are they always like this, or am I just having bad luck?

Seems like you are having bad luck....are you sure your payment info is ok??? Have you called a customer service rep and pointed this out to them? Their customer service is top notch!!!

D'oh! Wouldn't you know it, the package showed up right after I made the post. As if on cue. Looks like they're just slow in updating the order status on the site.
I'll definitely be ordering from them again.
