I have a question if anyone knows the answer. I placed an order for items totalling over $100 and then used the $20 off $100 coupon. One of the items I ordered was The Doors SE which was just announced as part of the Oliver Stone Collection, which I would rather have.

So, my question is, do they allow you to cancel an item if you needed it to make the $100? And if they do, do they try to charge you for the $20 coupon??

Good luck trying to get Buy.com to make a change on an order.

The only thing they can do is CANCEL your order and then you have to start a NEW order with the new title on it.

I know because I have tried that. When I realized I had ordered the wrong FLY combo package, I called Buy to try to get them to change the FLY title only and they said they couldn't do it.

You would think their orders are cast in stone!
