Hi,
Signed up for the Standard account, but when I went to change/cancel account, the "Lite" option wasn't availible. I even cancled and it wasn't availible there either. Do they not offer it to ew customers anymore?

Thanks,
Mark

I was interested in joining, in order to then downgrade to the "Lite" membership.

However, they now have reduced their regular membership to 3 out at a time.

So, since the previous setup was 4 out for $19.95 and 2 out for $11.95, and the new setup is 3 out for $19.95, I can't see where they could fit the Lite membership anyway, perhaps 2 out for $13.95 ?

My guess is that Lite is history. Anyone out there an existing Lite subscriber ??

Yes, I am currently a Lite Subscripter. They haven't changed my status or notified me that it will change. (I signed up originally for unlimited status when it was about fifteen bucks.)

Received a reply from Netflix:
quote:
Thanks for your interest in renting with NetFlix.com. I apologize for
any confusion you may be experiencing with your rental plan. Recently we
have updated our service to allow for 3 DVDs at a time for $19.95/month.
This change was necessary to help our business to continue to offer the
UNLIMITED rental plan. We hope you'll agree with a limit of 3 DVDs out
at a time the Unlimited Rental Service is a tremendous value.

The UNLIMITED Lite rental plan is on a bit of hiatus at this time, but
due to popular demand I am told the Lite plan will be making a return.
As far as an exact date I am uncertain. Please check the website within
the next month to check for the addition back to our services. Again, we
apologize for any inconvenience this change may have caused. If I may be
of further assistance regarding this or any other concern, please let me
know.
